However, it also presents various risks and pitfalls. The <em>Online Safety Handbook<\/em>, developed by the Center for Family Health and Community Development with content provided by Google, offers specific guidance to help Vietnamese users navigate the internet safely and effectively.<\/p>\n\n<p>The handbook is also used in training sessions to share online safety knowledge with core youth members across 63 provinces.
